Roy Stenning joined the firm in 2006, adding trusts, general property and commercial advice to the firm’s expertise.
Roy began his professional life in a global advisory firm and later joined a national Australian law firm, as commercial partner.
He currently practises in the areas of contracts, commercial property, leasing, private capital raisings, joint ventures, trusts and associated loan recovery and litigation. A substantial portion of his practice involves advising on strategic litigation planning.
