Paul Harding is the founding member of the firm in 1985, having now practiced primarily in corporate structures and joint ventures, commercial disputes and litigation, conveyancing, company securities, mortgages and recoveries for forty-six years.

Prior to 1985, Paul was a commercial partner at a prominent Melbourne law firm.

Paul acts as the trusted advisor to various funds managers, successful business owners, private financiers and landowners and is highly experienced in the area of contracts, company securities, mortgages and recoveries.
